2. Game Entry Fees

Once you pay an entry fee to participate in a game, the payment is final. Entry fees cannot be refunded or cancelled, regardless of:

• Whether you complete the game or not
• Your performance in the game
• Technical issues you may encounter (unless caused by our system failure)
• Your decision to withdraw from the game

3. Coin Purchases

All purchases of real coins or fun coins are final and non-refundable. Coins cannot be converted back to cash or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once you subscribe to any service, the subscription fee for that billing period cannot be refunded, even if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period.

5. Gift Coupons

Gift coupons purchased or generated are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued.
